A deposit is required on ANY & ALL Rentals (Members and Non-Members), and it is refundable only upon a 60 day advance cancellation notice prior to the rental date. Combination rentals (Hall & Annex, Hall & Pavillion, ETC.) also require a deposit for each rental.
PLEASE NOTE: All rentals include Cleanup - NO EXCEPTIONS

The deposit will be applied to the bill at the time of payment.
Prices for beer, soda, and mixed drinks, will be the same as posted at the club, and are subject to increase at any time. NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE - EVERYONE PAYS THE SAME PRICE.
A $50 fee for use of the kitchen will be charged if an outside caterer is used.
MEMBER HALL RENTALS
MUST BE A MEMBER IN GOOD STANDING AND MUST BE A MEMBER OF AT LEAST ONE YEAR TO RECEIVE MEMBER PRICING
